Objectives

The aim of the Master's degree in Food Law and Agroecology is to train lawyers to work in specialized law firms, corporate legal departments, public institutions and administrations, local authorities and professional organizations with expertise in, or an interest in, food law.
This degree offers students the opportunity to acquire a comprehensive grounding in the themes and issues involved, as well as in the scope of the branches of law concerned (public law, private law, European law).
In terms of subject matter, students will be trained in the problems of the agri-food sector as a whole, from primary production to distribution, including the quality control and processing phases of food products, and from a national, European and international perspective.
Teaching will be provided by academics specializing in these subjects, as well as by professionals (DIRECCTE, lawyers, magistrates, company legal directors, representatives of the ministries concerned, members of associations, etc.), particularly in Master 2 courses.
