Objectives

The aim of the Master's degree in Food Law and Agroecology is to train lawyers to work in specialized law firms, corporate legal departments, public institutions or administrations, local authorities, and professional organizations with expertise or an interest in food law.
This degree offers students the opportunity to acquire comprehensive training on the issues and challenges at stake, as well as on the range of legal fields concerned (public law, private law, European law).
In terms of topics, students will be trained in issues affecting the agri-food sector as a whole, from primary production to distribution, including quality control and food processing, from a national, European, and international perspective.
Courses will be taught by academics specializing in these subjects, but also by professionals (DIRECCTE, lawyers, magistrates, corporate legal directors, representatives of relevant ministries, members of associations, etc.), particularly in the Master 2 program.
