The Master's program offers training in economic matters, the interface between the company and its consumer market, its competitors and the authorities: consumer law, competition law and contract law, from both national and international perspectives. The teaching is practical: case exercises (drafting of deeds, case analysis), seminars with professionals, monitoring of current litigation. Compulsory internship between April and August.
Objectives
Students will be able to integrate immediately into the professional world, writing case analyses, following up litigation, understanding professional practices and methods, handling court cases, etc.
Know-how and skills
Master's graduates are able to present a legal analysis of the factual situations presented to them and propose solutions to the problems defined in their field of expertise. Graduates have a sound knowledge of business law provisions and their interpretation.
