The Master's program is organized over two years comprising four semesters.
The Master's degree in Legal and Judicial Practices complements the range of Master's degrees offered by the Faculty of Law at Montpellier University. While existing Master's programs offer specialized training, the Master's in Legal and Judicial Practices breaks new ground by paving the way for a "generalist" program in private law. This program, based on a practical approach, will enable students to discover the keys to the legal and judicial practice of law.
This approach responds to strong demand from students who, eager to discover judicial and legal practice, are currently required to specialize as part of a Master II program.
The professional Master II program in "Legal and Judicial Practices" works in partnership with a large number of professionals to tailor the program as closely as possible to the needs of the working world.
The advantages of the training program
Students are required to take a TOEFL or TOEIC test during the program.
Objectives
The Master's degree in Legal and Judicial Practices has a dual purpose: generalist and practical. Students are required to apply all subjects related to private law in a practical context. The aim of the program is therefore to train students to be able to handle legal cases in companies or law firms in the very short term. Graduates of the Master's in Legal and Judicial Practices become "all-round" lawyers, capable of providing immediate answers to the problems posed.
Organization
Special facilities
Students on apprenticeship contracts only attend classes in person during certain weeks.
