The Master's degree is organized over 2 years with 4 semesters.
The "Pratiques Juridiques et Judiciaires" (Legal and Judicial Practice) Master's degree completes the range of Masters courses offered by the Montpellier Law Faculty. While existing Masters programs focus on a particular area of specialization, the "Pratiques Juridiques et Judiciaires" Master's program breaks new ground by offering a "generalist" course in private law. This training, based on a practical approach, will enable students to discover the keys to the legal and judicial practice of law.
This approach meets a strong demand from students who, eager to discover judicial and legal practice, are currently obliged to follow a specialization within the framework of a Master II degree.
The Master II "Pratiques Juridiques et Judiciaires" professional program works in partnership with a large number of professional contributors, to ensure that the training is perfectly adapted to the needs of the working world.
Objectives
The Master's degree in Legal and Judicial Practices has a dual vocation: general and practical. Students are required to put into practice all the subjects related to private law. The objective of the program is therefore to train students who are capable, in the very short term, of managing legal cases in companies or law firms. Students graduating from the Master's degree in Legal and Judicial Practices become "all-round" lawyers, capable of providing an immediate response to the problem at hand.
