Algebra

This course unit is devoted to reviewing the algebra concepts included in the entrance exam curriculum. It consists of 36 hours of lectures and 36 hours of tutorials. A large portion of the tutorials will be devoted to presentations by students in the preparatory program, who will present either solutions to exercises or important proofs from the course.

To solidify understanding of the topics covered in the external agrégation exam, specifically in algebra.

Bachelor's degree in General Mathematics, Master's degree (M1) in Mathematics.

Recommended prerequisites: A bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Montpellier, followed by a first year of master’s studies (M1) in mathematics with a focus on “fundamental mathematics,” or any mathematics track up to the M1 level; a general studies track up to the L3 level.
