Numerical Modeling

This course allows students to familiarize themselves with real-world problems involving the theoretical or numerical solution of partial differential equations.

Develop the ability to understand a problem as described by a non-mathematician, translate it into mathematical terms, and provide the answer in the same language.

Concept of solving partial differential equations using numerical and/or theoretical tools

Recommended prerequisites: This course builds on concepts developed in first-year master's courses.
