Description
This course allows students to become familiar with real problems involving the theoretical or numerical solution of partial differential equations.
Objectives
Develop the ability to receive a problem statement in the words of a non-mathematician user, translate it into mathematical terms, and render the answer in the same language.
Necessary pre-requisites
Notion of solving partial differential equations using numerical and/or theoretical tools
Recommended prerequisites: This course is based on the notions developed in the first year of the Master's program.
