Strategic Management of Health Organisations (SMHO)
The Master's degree in Strategic Management of Healthcare Organizations is directly linked to the management issues of the healthcare and medico-social sector. Strategy - Innovation - Consulting (Strat' Innov')
Thanks to an original and innovative pedagogy, based on the realization of projects for companies, the Master's degree in Strategy and Innovation Consulting (Strat'Innov) trains consultants in Strategy and Innovation who are immediately employable at the level of Bac +5.
The training is organized around a junior strategy consulting mission in M1 and a senior strategy consulting mission in M2, during which students acquire all the skills necessary to practice the profession of strategy and innovation consultant. At the end of the Master's program, students will have completed two consulting assignments for external project leaders, either start-ups or existing companies. This practical experience makes the students immediately employable.
