After obtaining a Master 2 in science, an engineering degree, or equivalent, you wish to acquire dual skills in the field of business management. The IAE in Montpellier offers you the opportunity to pursue an MAE through initial or continuing education.
Objectives
This diploma course in management is intended for non-specialists in management. It offers general training as well as in-depth knowledge of the role of Project Manager - Management Control.

Organization
Program
The Master 2 program runs from late September to late March. It is followed by a six-month internship from April to September.
The full-time program is divided into three stages: acquisition of fundamentals (three months), professional specialization (three months), and internship (six months). The internship, which is related to the specialization, is a real springboard to
the business world. It allows students to put their academic knowledge into practice and often leads to a fixed-term or permanent contract.
This degree is also available on a part-time basis (over 2 years) as part of continuing education.

Admission
Admission requirements
Initial training: proof of a master's degree or equivalent is required for admission to the second year of the master's program.
In the case of continuing education: failing this, professional experience and significant career development may qualify you to apply for a Validation of Professional Experience (VAP) procedure. Applications must be submitted online via the IAE website.
Target audience
Profile: engineers, scientists, pharmacists, doctors, etc., who are highly motivated to pursue a career in management.
Recommended prerequisites
Initial training: proof of a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
If you do not have a master's degree or engineering degree, your academic background will be assessed, with the possibility of
taking certain courses in the Master 1 program during the first year.
