Overview
The Information Systems and Management Control (SICG) track is designed to train students for careers as management controllers. Professional integration is achieved through several assignments and internships at companies throughout the two-year program, allowing students to combine theoretical knowledge with practical problem-solving.
The program focuses on both the management aspect of the profession (steering) and the information systems aspect, with hands-on training using ERP systems (SAP) and business intelligence software (QlikView, BusinessObjects, SAP Predictive Analytics).
Graduates with a Master’s degree in Information Systems and Management Control will have the expertise needed to design and implement management control systems.
Objectives
Upon completion of this master’s program, students will be qualified for senior management positions responsible for designing and implementing management control systems in all types of organizations where the technological environment is rapidly evolving: for-profit and nonprofit organizations of all sizes, in the industrial, commercial, or service sectors, and in both the public and private sectors.

Development and implementation of management and monitoring tools, reporting - Process management - Cost breakdown and calculations - Budget design, monitoring, and variance analysis - Proficiency in using IT systems: advanced spreadsheet software (TOSA), databases, ERP - Data analysis - Knowledge of business lines and company operations - Proficiency in English.

Program
The M1 program consists of two semesters. The first semester is a core curriculum shared with the other tracks at the IAE. Students specialize in SICG during the second semester.
Admission
Admission Requirements
The first semester of the M1 program consists of a core curriculum shared with the other IAE tracks, covering 5 of the 6 course units (UE) for the semester.
The SICG specialization takes place in the second semester.
Students with backgrounds in business, science, or technology who have earned 180 ECTS credits, corresponding to three years of higher education (Bac + 3, Bachelor’s degree, business schools).

Registration Procedures
For the M1 and M2 programs, the admissions process consists of two stages:
