Presentation
The Master's in Information Systems Consulting and Management is organized into two years and four semesters, from S1 to S4. The first year of the Master's program consists of two semesters. The first semester covers core management skills, while the second semester allows students to begin specializing.
Semesters 3 and 4 are part of Master's 2, with a pace adapted to project management. In order to integrate the cultural dimensions of technology management, three weeks between January and April are devoted to professional conferences and studies on the implementation of information systems in a foreign country.
Objectives
The Master's program offers a "Consulting" and "Project Management" track designed for students who wish to acquire skills in managing and integrating information systems within organizations. Students will thus be at the heart of the digital transformation of organizations. The degree is available on a work-study basis through an apprenticeship or professional training contract.
Otherwise, professional integration takes the form of internships that combine theoretical knowledge with practical problem solving.
Know-how and skills
During the master's program, students will learn to analyze the needs and specificities of organizations in order to propose the most appropriate IT solutions. Students will learn to manage projects as part of a team, developing these solutions and integrating them within organizations. They will therefore be able to manage the digital transformation of organizations, taking into account both technological and human dimensions.
In general, students will learn about the various disciplines of management at a level sufficient to interact effectively with all departments of the company and satisfactorily defend their positions within the organization's decision-making bodies.
