Description
Project management is an essential skill for a Master's-level professional. The aim of this course is to enable you to design and manage a project. We'll look at the different phases of a project, its financing (diversification of sources and budget), the planning of work, time and resources, teamwork (meetings, conflicts, reporting) and risk management. The 6-week "project management" MOOC (Common Core, or classic course - 20 hours of training: Common Core (4 weeks) + 2 specialization modules minimum) between late September and early November will be supplemented by various TDs.
Necessary prerequisites
- at least some experience of working in a team
- computer and Internet skills (C2i certificate recommended)
- be able to research and analyze documents
- be able to present results in written form following instructions (structured, clear, critical report with bibliographical references) and orally (structured, clear, comprehensible communication using a slide show or poster)
- know how a company works
- associative experience recommended.

Further information
Open to all GE majors in M2 (except Giebiote and dual skills). Compulsory for FIs, optional for APPs) and open to the Energy master's program.
The skills acquired during this UE will be put into practice on concrete projects in the UE "M2 FI project" or "apprenticeship project" and in "Salon de l'écologie 1" or "Salon de l'écologie 2".
