Description

The M1 internship lasts a minimum of 4.5 months and a maximum of 6 months full-time (from mid-March to the end of August at the latest).
The search for the internship is proactive by the student.
The internship is validated by the pedagogical tutor according to its suitability for the student's professional project.
Each student is followed during the internship by a pedagogical tutor.
The internship can take place in France or abroad.
The internship takes place in a professional organization and is covered by an internship agreement issued by the UM.

Objectives

General objectives:
Professional situation during which the student acquires and puts into practice knowledge, know-how and skills related to the professional project.

Examples of skills to be acquired (to be adapted according to the students' professional projects): - Adoption of a scientific approach to a given question - Collection, analysis and discussion of data
- Acquisition and implementation of tools related to the professional project
- Analysis and discussion of results - Creation of a relevant bibliography
- Synthesis and presentation of results in written and oral form

Knowledge control

The internship grade is based on the evaluation of:
- the internship report (analysis of the work carried out, critical analysis, etc.),
- the oral presentation before a jury (presentation of the work and answers to questions),
- and possibly a progress report (according to the evaluation materials available for the work)
