Objectives

Learn how to design systems whose performance is independent of the components used.

Link the performance of PDOs to their conditions of use.

Define the filter stage template and select the type and technology of filter components.

Understand the principle of PLLs.

Have a basic understanding of analog modulation and demodulation (amplitude and phase modulation).

Understand the principles of frequency conversion and analog mixers; be familiar with the various practical implementation options.

Learn how to analyze the operation of a complex linear circuit.

At the end of this course, students will be able to understand and design both data transmission systems and complex analog electronic circuits.
