Description
Chemical synthesis and olfactory characteristics of molecules with high aromatic potential: heterocycles, musks, and sulfur-containing compounds. Study of alternative synthesis methods.

Objectives
Identify compounds with very strong aromatic properties that occur naturally in foods, in certain animal-derived raw materials, or are produced through chemical synthesis.
