Projects – Implementation

Supervised project. Working in groups, students will use the specific knowledge acquired during the first three semesters of the master's program to carry out a project, from its design to its completion.

Develop a project, from design to the creation of finished flavored or scented products, and/or develop a project studying aromatic raw materials (extraction, formulation, stability, control, etc.), using the various concepts acquired during the first three semesters of the master's program.

Master 1 ICAP A&P or equivalent training
