Description
Tutored project. Students work in groups to apply the specific knowledge they have acquired over the first 3 semesters of the Master's program to complete a project, from conception to completion.
Objectives
Develop a project, from the design to the production of finished flavored or perfumed products and/or develop a project for the study of aromatic raw materials (extraction, formulation, stability, control...), using the various concepts acquired during the first three semesters of the Master's program.
Necessary prerequisites
Master 1 ICAP A&P or equivalent training
