Projects - Implementations

Tutored project. The students, in groups, will use the specific knowledge acquired during the first 3 semesters of the master's degree to carry out a project, from its conception to its realization.

To develop a project, from the design to the realization of flavored or perfumed finished products and/or to develop a project of studies of aromatic raw materials (extraction, formulation, stability, control...), by using the various notions acquired during the first three semesters of the Master.
