Syllabus

Course:

Flavors regulation :

  • Food law: Codex alimentarius, Community law, French law.
  • Quality assurance in industries: ISO standards, HACCP reference framework and Good Practice Guide.
  • Food additives: food additives and processing aids, flavors (INCO Regulation or Regulation 1169/2011/EU).
  • Regulation of flavors: according to the regulation 1334/2008/CE
  • Additive regulation: according to the regulation 1333/2008/EC
  • Chemical risk: Classification and labelling according to CLP or Regulation 1272/2008 + Safety data sheet according to REACH.

Perfume regulations:
General information on the regulatory environment of perfumes: decision-making bodies, standards and regulations in place. Illustration by concrete examples of the application of these rules during the marketing of a perfume.

 

Labor law: General introduction to the law; Conclusion of the labor contract; Performance of the labor contract; Termination of the labor contract.
