Syllabus

Course:

Flavor regulations :

  • Food law: Codex alimentarius, Community law, French law.
  • Quality assurance in industry: ISO standards, HACCP guidelines and Good Practice Guides.
  • Food additives: food additives and processing aids, flavorings (INCO Regulation or Regulation 1169/2011/EU).
  • Flavour regulations: in accordance with regulation 1334/2008/EC
  • Additives regulation: according to regulation 1333/2008/CE
  • Chemical risk: Classification and labelling in accordance with CLP or Regulation 1272/2008 + Safety Data Sheet in accordance with REACH.

Fragrance regulations:
General overview of the regulatory environment for fragrances: decision-making bodies, standards and regulations in place. Illustrated by concrete examples of how these rules are applied when a perfume is marketed.

 

Labor law: General introduction to the law; Conclusion of an employment contract; Performance of an employment contract; Termination of an employment contract.
