The advantages of the training program
The M2 is open to apprenticeships within public administrations (work-study program).
Students have access to a dedicated room with a library containing books tailored to preparing for exams in the health/social sector, as well as subscriptions to Hospimédia and various specialist journals.
Objectives
Acquire the knowledge and skills needed to pass category A and A+ competitive examinations in the Health/Social sector:
- Hospital director
- Director of a health, social, and medical-social facility
- Health and Social Services Inspector
- Director of Social Security Agencies
- Hospital administration officer

During the second year of the AEPS master's program, students will be able to follow their apprenticeship according to the defined schedule: two weeks at IPAG and two weeks in administration.
After the exams, the student will be fully in administration.

- Political and administrative institutions: 3.5 credits (25 hours)

- Hospital Finance: 3.5 credits (20 hours)

- Hospital public administration: 3.5 credits (20 hours)
- Administration of medical and social institutions and services: 2 credits (15 hours)
- Human Resource Management: 3.5 credits (20 hours)
- Internship: 5 credits (8 weeks)

Admission
Admission requirements
Automatically upon completion of the IPAG Master 1 program or through direct admission, based on selection.
Registration procedures
Applications must be submitted via the E-candidat platform.
There is an oral selection process.
Target audience
Open to students with a Master's 1 degree.
Tuition fees
Tuition fees for the Master 2 AEPS initial training program: €243.
To this must be added the CVEC and university fees.

EN3S competitive examination (director of social security organization), competitive examination for director of hospital or institution (social and medical-social), competitive examination for hospital administration attaché + IASS competitive examination. Each year, between 50 and 75% of Master 2 AEPS students pass a category A or A+ competitive examination.
