The METIERS DE LA SANTE: NUTRITION, ALIMENTATION specialization includes
- The Nutrition and Human Food program, located at the Montpellier IUT, is open to initial training, continuing education and apprenticeships. This program enables students with 2 years' higher education, particularly in dietetics, to deepen their knowledge of sustainable catering and health education, both in France and in developing countries. The courses take into account food as a central element of prevention strategies, playing an important role in public health policy and sustainable development.
- The Culinary Techniques adapted to Health course, run by the University of Montpellier and located at the CFA Nîmes Marguerite site, open to sandwich courses and continuing education. The course focuses on adapting culinary techniques to pathologies and the aging population. The course is designed to be practical and aimed at future managers of collective kitchens or catering professionals.

Human Nutrition and Food
The Nutrition et Alimentation Humaine (NAH) program, located at the Montpellier IUT, is open exclusively to apprentices. This course enables students to acquire the skills needed to take charge of all the activities brought about by socio-economic, health and regulatory changes in French food consumption, in various employment sectors such as personal services and industry. It meets the needs of professionals in the field of food hygiene, and the expectations of the general public in terms of preventive advice and nutritional education, as well as training. This 1-year diploma course (Bachelor's degree) provides the skills needed to take charge of all activities related to socio-economic, health and regulatory changes in French food consumption, in various employment sectors such as personal services and industry.
