Overview
The sports and recreational sector plays a significant economic and social role in France and continues to become more professional, particularly since the city was selected to host the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Associations, local governments, clubs, and companies in the sector need executives capable of developing, marketing, and managing their offerings.
Building on the DEUST in Sports Services Management and Marketing or another two-year post-secondary degree, the Professional Bachelor’s Degree in “Management and Development of Organizations, Sports, and Recreation Services” trains consultants and executives in sales and marketing for sports and/or recreation companies and services who will be able to contribute to this growth.
The program is offered on a work-study basis (apprenticeship or professional training contract, civic service or volunteer work with a nonprofit organization, permanent or fixed-term employment contract, contract through an employer consortium, micro-enterprise, or business startup) from September through June.
