Advanced Agroecology

In this module, various approaches for transitioning agricultural practices toward sustainable agriculture will be presented, discussed, and evaluated. Among these, the use of OAD, alternative fertilizers, soil bacteria, and agroforestry will be covered in depth. A visit to the Restinclière site of the Frayssinet company will help bring the concepts covered in class to life.

Students are also required to create a 5-minute video on an agroecology practice.
