Presentation
Come and do a work-study program in management control at IAE Montpellier.
We offer a work-study SICG degree to enable you to work as an assistant management controller and prepare you for entry to a Master's degree. This is a generalist , non-professional degree, which will give you access to various master's programs (in particular the SICG master's program at IAE Montpellier). The program is also available as an initial and continuing training course.

Objectives
Throughout the training program, you will work in project mode to master database management tools and Business Intelligence software (Qlikview and Business Object), enabling you to acquire sought-after skills in the digitization of management control.
Know-how and skills
The information systems dimension is central to this training course, and will enable you to acquire the skills and know-how sought after in the digitalization of control, such as :
- Be able to interpret a business management issue in the fields of finance, marketing and production and translate it into a dashboard.
- Be able to anticipate the consequences of deviations in activity by proposing management tools.
- Be able to manage databases and integrate them into business intelligence tools

L3 Information Systems and Management Control (SICG)
The aim of the program is to prepare students for the challenges of managing organizations, by covering the main business activities (accounting, management control, human resources management, marketing, project management and strategy).
This course is offered in partnership with La Poste, represented by CFA FORMAPOSTE Méditerranée. Professional integration takes the form of a year-long work-study program, combining theoretical knowledge with practical problem-solving. On completion of the 3rd year of the degree, students will be eligible for managerial positions, assisting management controllers in steering missions using management control tools. They will be able to work in all types of organization where the technological environment is rapidly evolving
: market or non-market organizations of all sizes, industrial, commercial or service, public or private.
The training is both focused on the management dimension of the profession and on the information systems dimension, with practical exercises on Integrated Management Software Packages (IMP) and Business Intelligence software (Qlikview and Business Object).
Admission
Access conditions
Access to L3:
Management, science or technical students with 120 ECTS, corresponding to 2 years of higher education (BTS, BUT, Licence 2, business schools). The bachelor's degree consists of two semesters.
The first semester covers general management disciplines in addition to those related to management control.
Specialization then continues in the second semester, particularly in the area of digitalization tools for control and management activities. Recruitment is based on an application and a motivation interview.
