Aimed at students with technical or scientific backgrounds, the Science and Technology Bachelor's degree is a generalist, professionally-oriented course. It trains future managers in the field of Science and Technology Management.
Training benefits
The Licence 3 MTS is a generalist course that provides an understanding of the main management issues and challenges.
It is aimed at students from scientific or technical backgrounds through initial training, apprenticeship or continuing education.
Objectives
With a dual skills approach, holders of a Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology Management will be able to :
- Understand the different functions and main structuring mechanisms of companies
- Understand the main economic concepts and be aware of the risks associated with ignorance of legal rules
- Master basic and in-depth management mechanisms
- Use statistical and IT tools, modern languages
- Use diagnostic and decision-making methods and tools
Know-how and skills
The holder of this diploma is an executive capable of :
- Understand how companies operate
- Apply the basic and in-depth mechanisms of general accounting, financial engineering, cost accounting, management control, human resources management, project management and marketing
- Use statistical and IT tools, data collection and analysis methods, and diagnostic and decision-making tools
- Be aware of specific issues such as the internationalization of companies, the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and the management of innovative projects.
