Description
This course trains students in microbial identification and water analysis, focusing on four main areas:
- The microbial world: bacteria, cyanobacteria, fungi, algae, protozoa, and viruses.
- Microbial metabolism: metabolic types, nutrition, and environmental influences.
- Microbial Ecology of the Natural Environment: Interactions Between Microorganisms and Their Environments.
- Microbiological Water Testing: Principles, Regulations, and Techniques
