Without claiming to provide an exhaustive list of the laws governing the regulatory framework for waste management (municipal and industrial) and water resources, this module aims to explain the spirit and philosophy behind these laws. Part of the EU will be devoted to identifying the players involved in water and waste treatment and the links between them.
