Description
Without pretending to give an exhaustive list of the laws on the regulatory framework in which waste (municipal and industrial) and the "water resource" are managed, this module aims at exposing the spirit of these laws as well as the philosophy from which they have been thought out. Part of the course will be devoted to identifying the actors in water and waste treatment and the links between them.
