Objectives

  • Mobilize skills acquired in the various fields of mechanics and/or mechanical technology,
  • Make an effort in writing and oral presentation,
  • Situate a mechanical system and situate it within equivalent solutions (state of the art),
  • Produce a technical file (overall drawing and definition drawings, technical characteristics, assembly diagram, dimensioning),
  • Draw up a functional analysis of the system (diagram of interactors, characterization of functions and interactors, FAST),
  • Check the sizing of standard components, size a specific part and/or optimize/verify the choice of material for a part,
  • Measure the mechanical properties of the system (input-output law in terms of speed or force) or of a part of the system (mechanical strength, rigidity, etc.).
