Description
Introduction to solid state physics and semiconductor materials, allowing to understand the physical mechanisms at play in electronic components. The course will focus on all the notions that explain the electrical characteristics of a PN junction.
Objectives
To acquire the basics of device physics in order to be able to approach the study of submicron components in the master's program.
