BLOCK 1: Identifying Needs and Digital Tools Suitable for Human Resource Management (4 hours)
Objectives:
- List the main digital tools available for human resources management (recruitment, administrative management, training, workforce planning and development, and management).
- Analyze their company's specific human resources management needs.
- Compare the features of the identified tools with their needs.

- Introduction: An Overview of the Challenges of HR Digitization for Microbusinesses, Small Businesses, and Mid-Sized Companies.
- Overview of tools:
- Recruitment tools (e.g., resume analysis).
- Administrative management tools (e.g., contract generation, schedule management).
- Training tools (e.g., personalized learning paths, training recommendations).
- GPEEC tools (e.g., skills mapping, predictive needs analysis).
- Management tools (e.g., career development interviews).
- Hands-on workshop: Identifying their company's HR needs and matching them with the tools presented.
BLOCK 2: Assessing the Impact of Digital Tools on HR Processes (5 hours)
Objectives:
- Assess the benefits and risks associated with adopting a digital tool for human resource management.
- Analyze the organizational, ethical, and legal impacts (CNIL, GDPR, AI Act).
- Propose solutions to mitigate the identified risks.
