The aim of such training is to provide company directors and their managers with the legal and practical means to anticipate and prevent the economic and social risks associated with the operation of the company.
Objectives
Strengthen the skills of executives, managers, and employees of business leaders in their daily work: personnel management, payroll management, implementation of a CSR policy, recruitment and support for employees.

This training focuses on two types of skills:
-technical field: legal bases and legal and regulatory practices in personnel management
-Management: skills, career, and training management, etc.

Special facilities
The training is organized around six independent and credit-bearing modules: each module can be taken independently, but all six modules must be completed in order to obtain the university diploma.
