Objectives
To train senior technicians, assistant engineers, multi-skilled, in the field of human health and well-being, animal health, biotechnology, agri-food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and biotechnology sectors, or to practice the profession of dietitian.
Know-how and skills
Upon completion of the course, the graduate will be able to:
> Food Science and Biotechnology :
- Animate the quality.
- Organize the production of food and biomolecules.
- Innovating in Food Science and Biotechnology.
> Dietetics and nutrition :
- Designing an adapted, healthy and sustainable diet.
- Conducting a dietary care process, educating healthy or sick people.
- Perform analyses and conduct experiments in the fields of biology.
> Medical biology and biotechnologies:
- Integrate the health sector (medical analysis laboratories and platforms, public and private R&D, pharmaceutical, drug or cosmetic industry).
- Acquire the skills to implement modern techniques used for conducting laboratory experiments and developing innovative projects in the field of health biotechnologies.
