Objectives
Train senior technicians and assistant engineers who are versatile in the fields of human health and well-being, animal health, biotechnology, the agri-food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and biotechnology sectors, or institutional catering, or to practice as a dietitian.

Upon completion of the training, graduates will be able to:
> Food Science and Biotechnology:
- Promoting quality.
- Organize the production of food and biomolecules.
- Innovating in Food Science and Biotechnology.
> Dietetics and nutrition:
- Designing a suitable, healthy, and sustainable diet.
- Leading a dietary care initiative, educating healthy and sick individuals.
- Perform analyses and conduct experiments in the field of biology.
> Medical biology and biotechnology:
- Integrate the healthcare sector (laboratories and medical analysis platforms, public and private R&D research, pharmaceutical, drug, and cosmetics industries).
- Acquire the skills needed to implement modern techniques used to conduct laboratory experiments and develop innovative projects in the field of health biotechnology.

Target audience
- General high school diploma obtained in 2021 with at least two of the following specializations: Mathematics, Physics-Chemistry, Life and Earth Sciences.
- General high school diploma obtained before 2021: Science high school diploma (others, depending on the application).
- Technical high school diploma: STL.
