Objectives
Train multi-skilled senior technicians and engineering assistants in the fields of human health and well-being, animal health, biotechnology, agri-food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and biotechnology, catering and dietetics.
Know-how and skills
On completion of the course, graduates will be able to :
> Food science and biotechnology :
- Driving quality.
- Organize food and biomolecule production.
- Innovating in Food Science and Biotechnology.
> Dietetics and nutrition :
- Designing an adapted, healthy and sustainable diet.
- Carry out dietetic care, educate healthy and sick people.
- Conduct analyses and experiments in the field of biology.
> Medical biology and biotechnology:
- Join the healthcare sector (medical analysis laboratories and platforms, public and private R&D research, pharmaceutical, drug or cosmetics industry).
- Acquire the skills needed to implement modern techniques used to conduct laboratory experiments and develop innovative projects in the field of health biotechnologies.
