The EU "From Tree to Use" program aims to understand the various aspects of forestry operations (techniques, safety, impact) as well as^primary and^secondary processing operations, in relation to growth constraints. It also aims to understand the various drying methods and associated hygroscopic phenomena, as well as to master aspects related to biological degradation and material protection.
