Presentation
The SAFIR program studies the development, evolution and transmission of knowledge and questions the different conceptions of learning. It aims to build the skills of
Training linked to engineering practices, but also to the analysis of situations integrating as closely as possible the real activity of actors in the teaching and training professions in education. The identity and professionalism of the trainer are built within a community of practice through research and the implementation of research actions in training.
Backed by different fields of research in education and training sciences,
this course mobilizes a multidisciplinary team of teachers and teacher-researchers.
Objectives
This training is part of a logic of continuing education and certification of professional skills. Following validation of the master's degree, a doctorate is also possible. This program should enable professionals in education, teaching and training to evolve within their institution or in other institutions. It can also allow for career development in research in the field of education and training.
Know-how and skills
The training content is based on:
Theoretical insights into the development, evolution and transmission of knowledge (including disciplinary knowledge and skills, didactic and inter-didactic know-how, etc.) in the field of educational training, from an epistemological, historical, didactic and methodological perspective.
Questions about the design, management, support and evaluation of training. The perspective adopted is that of training engineering practices, initial and continuing, university and institutional, by integrating the question of the real activity of the trainer.
And a personal research process that leads to the production of a thesis based on a training problem, supervised by a tutor and shared with all students during research seminars.
Program
Designed to be followed while maintaining a professional activity, the training is based on three mechanisms:
A research seminar spread over the whole year. The training takes place in Montpellier and the research seminar can also be followed in Nîmes
. A digital platform gives access to different resources: course documents, bibliographic elements, activities, exchange mechanisms.
