Know-how and skills

They are organized around three areas:
1) Scientific insights into the situations faced by teachers.
These situations encourage us to understand the worlds of students and teachers; they require us to take into account the cultural dimensions of the institution and its actors, as well as school policies; they may concern or involve innovative teaching methods that need to be understood and nurtured.
2) Training in reflective analysis, enabling specific work situations to be discussed, understood, and analyzed with a view to developing professional knowledge, skills, and attitudes (using video training, role-playing, etc.).
3) A research project based on interactionist approaches
(socio-anthropology, ergonomics, and activity analysis), leading to the writing of a thesis. This thesis may take the form of a traditional written document or a mixed format combining written sections with films or audio documents (to facilitate this option, courses in radio and film writing are offered).
