Presentation
The Economics-Political Science bi-disciplinary Master's course entitled "Governance of Societies and Territories in Transition" (GSTT) is a continuation of the Economics-Political Science bi-licence, created in 2021 within the University of Montpellier, which offers students a high-level training in these two disciplines. As an extension to this, this Master's program is open to students with a solid background in the social sciences, particularly Economics and Political Science. It will prepare students for careers in the future or in evolving sectors.
The content of the Master's degree in economics and political science has been designed to address the major issues transforming the organization of our societies and territories: energy and ecological transitions, transport and mobility, healthcare, digital technology... but also democratic or cultural transitions and institutional evolutions.
This multi-disciplinary Master's program, unique in France, brings together the University of Montpellier's economics and political science teams in a balanced way.
