    Head of teaching: Christophe Albiges

The Master's degree in Judicial Officer Studies, within the Justice, Trials, and Procedures program, was initially created in partnership with the Regional Chamber of Judicial Officers. The program offers an in-depth theoretical and practical approach to various subjects directly related to the work of a judicial officer.

The courses taught during the first year of the Justice, Trials, and Procedures program aim to provide a common foundation of knowledge for specialization in the second year (M2). It allows students to acquire new knowledge, particularly in civil law, procedures, and private international law.

The second year of the program is designed to provide, on the one hand, in-depth university training in civil procedure and enforcement procedures and, on the other hand, specific preparation for the various written and oral exams required to enter the professional training program for judicial officers, as provided for by Decree No. 2019-1185 of November 15, 2019. During this second year of the Master's program, students have the option of choosing an apprenticeship program by joining a judicial officer's office.
