Presentation
The Master's degree trains lawyers specializing in public business law, particularly in the law of public contracts and the partnership relations of public entities.
The first year of the Master's program allows students to master the basics of public business law while perfecting their training in general public law.
The studies are organized in two successive semesters, for a total of more than 500 hours of teaching, which are divided into theoretical courses given in principle by academics (40%) and study directions given by recognized professional practitioners (60%). A compulsory internship or the conclusion of an apprenticeship contract completes the training while ensuring effective professional integration.
