Presentation

The Master's degree trains lawyers specializing in public business law, particularly in the law of public contracts and public-private partnerships.

The first year of the Master's program enables students to master the basics of public business law while perfecting their training in general public law.

Studies are organized into 2 successive semesters, for a total of more than 500 hours of teaching, divided between theoretical courses taught in principle by university lecturers (40%) and study direction provided by recognized professional practitioners (60%). A compulsory internship or apprenticeship contract completes the training and ensures effective professional integration.
