The aim of the Master's degree in notarial law is to prepare students for the practice of precisely targeted professions: the notarial professions. All courses and the mixed composition of the team are designed to promote the professionalization of the program. This objective is facilitated by a very precise targeting of outlets and by contacts developed with the professional bodies of the regional and national notarial profession (as evidenced, for example, by the annual organization of a colloquium with Arnu: Association Rapprochement Notariat-Université).
Objectives
The primary aim of the Master's degree in notarial law is to prepare students for precisely targeted professions: the notarial professions.
This specific focus enables:
- the creation of a curriculum tailored to the needs of the profession
- the recruitment of highly motivated students with a realistic vision of the professions for which they are destined (a vision generally developed through previous internships, this being one of the selection criteria).
At the same time, this program has scientific ambitions. This is reflected in the organization of periodic conferences, open to students and professionals in the sector concerned, and above all in the holding of an annual colloquium, co-organized with a professional association which steers the choice of theme towards practical considerations. The four previous editions of this event have been published nationally.
This aspect helps to motivate and unite the students (who participate scientifically in the event) and to give their diploma a national reputation.
