Presentation
The latest diploma to be offered by the Centre du droit de l'entreprise, this Master's degree is designed to train outstanding legal professionals specializing in wealth management, following completion of a first-year Master's degree in Wealth Management or Business Law.
Objectives
The Montpellier Faculty of Law and Political Science's Master II Droit et fiscalité du patrimoine (MII DFP de Montpellier) aims to train specialized lawyers with cross-disciplinary skills.
Organization
Special features
The Master 2 DFP has chosen to open its doors to the possibility of opting for apprenticeship training. An apprenticeship contract allows students to alternate between academic and professional training.
This additional professional experience will make it all the easier for students to enter the workforce, and enhance the value of their course.
It's worth pointing out that work-study students are paid throughout the year, even during their time at university. What's more, it's also an opportunity to start making contacts in the professional world.
This possibility can sometimes frighten students, who may fear that they won't be able to reconcile the Master's courses with time spent in the company. It was in response to this hesitation that the M2 DFP Director decided to make course times the same for continuing education and initial training students. In this way, teaching is adapted to each student's background. No student is privileged, whatever his or her choice.
