Presentation
The Master's degree in Insurance Law offers students with a Bachelor's degree in Law two years of specialization in Insurance Law.
The progressive training will allow the student to consolidate the basics of the law of obligations in order to be able to apply them to the subject of insurance. The student will discover the organization and activity of the insurance industry and will then study the different contracts offered to individuals and companies, from their elaboration to their execution, both amicable and contentious.
Resolutely turned towards the practice of insurance law, the Master will offer lessons taught in pairs by academics and insurance professionals. It will not neglect the essential tools for professional integration, such as work-study or internships, English language skills, mastery of computer tools, and fluency in communication techniques.
