Presentation
The Master's degree in Insurance Law offers students with a Bachelor's degree in Law two years of specialization in Insurance Law.
This progressive training program consolidates the student's grounding in the law of obligations, enabling him or her to apply it to insurance matters. Students will learn about the organization and activities of the insurance industry, and will then study the various contracts offered to individuals and companies, from their drafting to their enforcement, both amicably and through litigation.
With a strong focus on the practice of insurance law, the Master's degree will be taught in pairs by academics and insurance professionals. It will not neglect the essential tools for professional integration, such as work-study or internships, English language skills, computer literacy and fluency in communication techniques.
