The Business Law major includes two tracks:

The term "Business Law" covers the main aspects of business law, both nationally and internationally.

Objectives
To train lawyers or attorneys in business law who are qualified to practice in France and/or abroad, or who are pursuing an academic career.

Master the main subjects of business law (contract law, labor law, tax law, corporate law, distribution, competition, intellectual property, banking, international private law, etc.).

The Master's in International Trade Law meets a market need for bilingual business lawyers specializing in international matters. It stands out for its focus on international issues, which are becoming increasingly important over the years compared to purely domestic matters; its bilingualism (50% of teaching and activities are in English); and the presence of foreign students in its classes.
