Presentation

The concept of market law has only recently emerged: competition law, consumer law, business contract law, distribution law, to which we could add financial market law, economic analysis of law, and digital activities law, all within a national, community, and international framework. Business life is increasingly subject to the constraints of market law, which is becoming more complex and technical, is already fully integrated at the EU level, and is becoming increasingly international.
Objectives
The course content focuses on strengthening students' understanding of contract law, distribution, competition, consumer law, arbitration, legal theory, etc. The classes are shared with the M2 in Economic Law, Consumer and Competition track, and therefore also involve working on practical case studies.
Know-how and skills
Candidates have a firm grasp of the basic legal concepts of contract law, competition law, distribution law, and consumer law. They express themselves with ease, write well, and are willing to invest themselves in research papers and participate in "law games," arbitration competitions, and mediation competitions.
