The concept of market law has recently come to the fore: competition law, consumer law, business contract law, distribution law, to which we could add financial market law, economic analysis of the law, the law of digital activities, all within a national, Community and international framework. Business life is increasingly subject to the constraints of market law, which is becoming more complex, more technical, already fully Community-based and increasingly international.
Objectives
The course content focuses on reinforcing notions of contract law, distribution law, competition law, consumer law, arbitration law, legal theory and more. Courses are taught in conjunction with the M2 Business Law, Consumer and Competition specialization, and therefore also involve practical case studies.
Know-how and skills
The candidate masters the basic legal concepts of contract, competition, distribution and consumer law. He or she has no difficulty expressing him- or herself, writes and is willing to invest time and effort in research papers, as well as taking part in law games, arbitration or mediation competitions.
