The notion of market law has recently been unveiled: competition law, consumer law, business contract law, distribution law, to which we could add financial market law, economic analysis of law, digital activities law, all within a national, community and international conception. The life of companies is in fact increasingly subject to the constraints of market law, which is becoming more complex, more technical, and is already fully Community-based and internationalized.
Objectives
The content of the course is based on the reinforcement of the notions of contract law, distribution law, competition law, consumer law, arbitration, legal theory, etc. The courses are common with the M2 Economic Law, Consumer and Competition course and therefore also involve the completion of practical cases.
Know-how and skills
The candidate masters the basic legal notions of contract law, competition law, distribution law and consumer law. He/she expresses him/herself without difficulty, writes and is ready to invest in research papers as well as in the participation in "law games", arbitration or mediation competitions.
