Presentation

The teaching provided during the first year of the Master's degree in Personal and Family Law aims to ensure a common base of knowledge in the field, with a view to specialization in the second year (M2).
It allows students to acquire new knowledge, particularly in Civil Law, and to give them a European dimension.
The second year of the course allows students to deepen their study of the various rights relating to individuals and the family. The Master 2 is open to apprenticeships.
This specialization allows students to take a critical look at the answers given by the law to the major social issues of the human person, the couple and the child.
