Production Management and Quality

This course aims to provide knowledge of the vocabulary and key tools used in production departments to organize production and ensure the required level of quality, while adhering to cost and deadline constraints.

Understand the key vocabulary and tools used in production departments in order to organize production

Understand the key vocabulary and tools used in Quality departments

Understanding the challenges of industrial mechanical manufacturing within a constrained environment (quality, costs, deadlines)

Understand the basic methods of production management (classifications, inventory management, lean management, project management)

Understand the basic methods of production management (basic quality circle tools, SPC, etc.)

Be able to design and analyze experiments using Taguchi's experimental design methodology
