Management and quality in production

This teaching unit aims to provide knowledge on the vocabulary and the main tools used in production departments in order to organize production and ensure the required level of quality, while respecting the constraints of costs and deadlines

To know the vocabulary and the main tools used in Production departments in order to organize the Production

Know the vocabulary and the main tools used in the Quality departments

Understand the challenges of industrial mechanical production in a constrained context (quality, costs, deadlines)

Know the basic methods of production management (typologies, inventory management, lean management, project management)

Know the basic methods of production management (basic tools of quality circles, SPC, )

Be able to organize and analyze experiments using the Taguchi design of experiments methodology
