Description
This course is a continuation of the “Advanced Numerical Simulation” module. It is a project-based module that focuses on computational aspects, similar to what is done in engineering design firms.
Objectives
For this course, students will be required to complete a computational report, which involves addressing a scientific project related to their area of study—modeling, computation, or biomechanics—through numerical simulations. This project will take place over part of the semester. The objective will be to produce a summary document on the simulations conducted in order to provide a numerical solution to the problem at hand, while ensuring the validity of the resulting calculations.
