Know-how and skills

Managerial, administrative and political approaches are approached from organizational and functional angles (steering, law, finance, HR, international, project management). The curriculum as a whole enables students to develop strategic organizational and environmental thinking from a public/private perspective, and to master the tools of public performance management.
This program will enable users to apply, respect and enforce rules and standards linked to public management, and ensure regulatory control of actions, contracts and public procurement within public organizations, and more specifically in the field of higher education and research.
It will give them the foundations to apply and implement public management policies and practices, contributing to the human and financial resources management of a public institution.
It will also enable users to lead a project (design, steering, team coordination, implementation and management, evaluation, dissemination) that can mobilize multi-disciplinary skills in a collaborative and dynamic framework.
Finally, it will enable users to prepare for and pass administrative competitions, progress in their careers or pursue their projects towards a doctorate in management.
