The Master's degree in General Management of SMEs trains professionals capable of managing or piloting an SME by integrating the challenges of sustainable development, or to intervene in consulting missions with SMEs.

Objectives
The Master's degree in General Management of SMEs enables its holder to master the implementation of the company's strategy, but also to participate in the development of this strategy.
This training provides the tools and skills needed to manage the major contemporary managerial issues in SMEs: the implementation of a sustainable development policy; growth and development; internationalization; risk management; project management; digital transformation; administrative management of contracts and activities, etc.
This high-level training allows graduates to enter the workforce and rapidly advance in their professional careers within a small or medium-sized company, a consulting firm, or an educational or research institution.

Programme
The courses are taught over two years. The first year of the Master's program is essentially devoted to the teaching of management sciences applied to SMEs. Specialization is more pronounced in the second year and is characterized by the involvement of many professionals.
