The course is divided into two streams: - Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetology.
Both programs prepare students to become managers in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and healthcare industries, in the professional sectors of research and development, manufacturing, quality control and quality assurance, in a highly regulated environment.
Objectives
Pharmaceuticals: Design and production of drugs for human and veterinary use.
The main changes will be as follows:
- Restructuring the content of many courses and developing new teaching methods: Learning Lab, Serious Games, flipped courses, APP in conjunction with industry,
- Developments in teaching, taking into account new professional needs in terms of
- in-depth knowledge of raw materials and processes for drug and cosmetics formulation: properties, quality, supplier approvals,
- changes in international regulations,
- teaching in industrial "operational quality",
- pharmaceutical engineering courses: scaling up (drugs)
- marketing training (cosmetics).
Know-how and skills
Pharmaceuticals sector:
drug pre-formulation and formulation,
design of pharmaceutical forms,
pharmaceutical industrial processes,
production management and logistics,
project management.
Skills acquired in the Pharmaceutical field:
mastery of methods and tools,
mastery of problem solving .
SPECIFIC SKILLS PROVIDED BY THE COURSE
- Skills for professional integration into responsible jobs in the target sector of the Healthcare Industries, and more specifically in the pharmaceutical industry (pharmaceutical companies, generics, subcontractors, manufacturers and suppliers of raw materials, consulting firms).
