Objectives

"- Know how climate science research works (IPCC);

- Be able to give the main characteristics and orders of magnitude of current climate change and expected projections;

- Describe the main impacts of climate change and the associated environmental, economic, political and societal issues;

- Describe anthropogenic impacts on the environment (e.g. heavy metals) and climate;

- To know the great climatic events of the past and the tools of reconstitution;

- Stable and radiogenic isotope methods;

- Design, produce, and present a paper, with an integrative approach to geochronological, climatic, environmental, and socio-cultural issues;

- Mobilize knowledge in a variety of disciplinary and thematic contexts".
