Objectives

"- Understand how scientific climate research works (IPCC);

- Be able to give the main characteristics and orders of magnitude of current climate change and expected projections;

- Describe the main impacts of climate change and the associated environmental, economic, political and societal issues;

- Describe anthropogenic impacts on the environment (e.g. heavy metals) and climate;

- Learn about the major climatic events of the past and the tools used to reconstruct them;

- Stable and radiogenic isotope methods ;

- Designing, producing and presenting an article with an integrative approach to geochronological, climatic, environmental and socio-cultural issues;

- Mobilize knowledge in a variety of disciplinary and thematic contexts".
