The Professional Accounting Assistant Degree (LPAC) is a state-recognized three-year degree that, through initial training or work-study programs (apprenticeship or professional training contracts), allows students to obtain an advanced professional qualification in accounting in one year.
Holders of this professional license will work in accounting firms or management and accounting associations (AGC). Under the supervision of a certified public accountant, they will manage client accounts (small businesses/SMEs), preparing annual financial statements, tax returns, and social security declarations. They will provide advice on accounting, tax, legal, and financial matters.

Objectives
Holders of the L3 Professional Accounting Assistant degree will be able to:
- Mastering various accounting techniques
- Mastering the legal, tax, and social processes of the company
- Mastering the reading of financial and accounting statements
- Mastering IT management tools
Know-how and skills
- Collect, coordinate, and verify accounting data (prepare legal accounts, annual balance sheet and income statement, and any specific information requested by management)
- Gather information from operational managers and analyze an accounting situation. Advise on short-term forecasts. Make proposals on medium-term strategies.
- Carry out tasks that engage the company's responsibility (searching for and negotiating financial resources, etc.) in accordance with management guidelines.
- Also perform related activities of a financial nature (cash management, etc.), legal nature (minutes of meetings, etc.) or social nature (salaries, etc.).
