Presentation
The professional degreein Electrical and Energy Professions, specializingin Electrical and Electronic Engineering Project Management (CAIEE), located at the Montpellier University Institute of Technology (IUT), is only available as a professional contract in partnership with the AFPI. It allows students to gain professional experience validated by a national diploma and to be closely attuned to the needs of industrial companies.
Objectives
Upon completion of the training, graduates will be able to:
• analyze the needs of internal or external clients and assess the feasibility of requests.
• manage and process information.
• communicate and interact with company departments and suppliers.
• conduct comparative analyses in order to justify choices and propose action plans to clients and their managers.
For companies in the metalworking industry, there is the option of presenting the learner for the Joint Qualification Certificate in Metalworking, "Industrial Project Management Assistant," CQPM No. 0142.

1. High and low voltage electrical distribution:

Organization
Program
Start: September/October
Duration: 12 months
Number of training hours: 441 hours
The work-study program consists of an average of three weeks in a company and one week of training at AFPI Languedoc Roussillon in Montpellier or at IUT GEII in Montpellier.
Upon completion of the program, students will receive 60 European credits (ECTS).

Enrollment in a Professional Bachelor's Degree program at the IUT consists of three steps. Each step must be validated in order to proceed to the next one:
Step 1 – Admissibility of the application:
- Hold a two-year college degree or be currently enrolled*.
- Complete file.
Step 2 – Eligibility : Determined by an educational committee after reviewing the application (resume, cover letter, transcript, etc. – details on e-candidat). The committee may request additional documents for the application.
Step 3 – Final admission: Subject to the signing of a work-study contract (apprenticeship or professional training contract) with a company offering assignments in line with the LPro program, subject to availability.
